Exercise Routine

So, I have to say I've enjoyed going to the YMCA here in town and doing classes, but our free month is up.  So I have a punch card to do some classes, but this won't cover all my exercise needs to get back where I want to be.  So, I have compiled a new playlist for running on the treadmill, and while I didn't do it exactly how I want to I had some good results today!

The playlist was set on shuffle, so I didn't do exactly what I wanted but here's the plan of what I'm going to work up to...
1.)  Good Time- by Owl City and Carly Rae- warm up walk from 2.5 miles an hour up to 3.5 during song at 2% incline.
2.) Give Me Everything- Pitbull- Jog at 4.5 mph still at 2%
3.) Promisuous- Nelly Furtado- Run at 5.0 mph, still at 2%
4.) Timber- Pittbull- Run at 5.5 mph, still at 2%
5.)  Gone,Gone, Gone- Phillip Phillips- walk at 3.5 mph, up to 3% incline.
6.) Pump It- Black Eyed Peas- Jog at 4.5 mph, at 3%
7.) The Rock Show- Blink 182- Run at 5.0, at 3%
8.) Good Feeling- Flo Rida- Run at 5.5 at 3%
9.) I Like it Like That- Hot Chelle Rae- Walk at 3.5 or 3.7 at 2% incline
10.) Talk Dirty- Jason Derulo- Run at 5.0, 2% incline
11.) Can't Hold Us- Macklemore & Ryan- Run at 5.5, 2% incline
12.) Wild Wild Love- Pittbull- Run at 6.0, 2% incline
13.) I'm Yours- Jason Mraz- Walk at 3.5, 2% incline
14.) I Walk Alone- Oleander- Cool down- gradually from 3.0 down to 1.5 and 0% incline.

I will probably switch around the running songs as I get used to this playlist- some songs just work best to pump me up to run faster.  When I have worked up to this list as is I will post the calories burned/time it takes and miles it is!  So I'm sticking to the Y for toning classes and cardio will be this list- if I don't have a lot of time I can just do one set and get over a mile done!

Preparation is key

So, as the title says, preparation is key.  For anyone starting or renewing diet and exercise routine you need to prepare so you don't fail.  So in preparation for getting back on track I've done the following...

So...I'm starting with another 10 day cleanse from Advocare.  With this I will use the orange juice to help drink the fiber drinks and Spark for extra energy if needed.  I also have my Catalyst, Thermoplus and Omega-3 from Advocare to supplement, boost metabolism and eat away fat.  Along with this, I have my Advocare Meal Replacement Shakes and a ton of soup.
I made three different kinds of soup- my rice and veggie soup, magic weight loss soup, and weight watcher's soup.
My plan is for breakfast either having oatmeal or a meal replacement shake.
Lunch will be either soup or a meal replacement shake.
Dinner will be a healthy family meal with protein and vegetables.
Snacks will be fresh fruit, boiled eggs, or special K snacks.
Of course tons of water is a must!
And then I have also ordered the Greens and Wraps from the It Works- so we'll see how that may get worked into my plan.
I will do cardio every day on my treadmill at home, and I have a pass for 10 classes at the Y where I will continue with classes that tone and strengthen.
With a good plan, hopefully we can see some good success! :)

Trying something new...

So, I was introduced to It Works this week.  This company sells wraps that help decrease cellulite by taking out toxins through the skin and you super hydrate while doing it so your kidneys can take out the rest.  They also sell a product called Greens that gives you a full days worth of fruits and veggies in one drink.
Here's my results from the wrap.....and when they say have you tried this crazy wrap thing they mean crazy!
Photo: Results from my Wrap party tonight this is AMAZING!!! everyone tonight saw results after 45 minutes it still continues to work for 3 days!!! Can u imagine a full apllication wow!!!!! They all are Sold on this product. What are you waiting for It Works and I'm ready to help you!!!! Contact me for info󾬔󾬔󾬔
Yes.  I will be buying these wraps to help.  I am still on my Advocare too!  I feel like the products can work together great.  The Advocare, eating well and exercise do the work on the inside, and the wraps work on the outside.  I also am buying the greens mostly for Ella- gets all her fruits and veggies in and will help get her bowels regular.  I would give it to Eli, but he already eats tons of fruits and veggies and has lots of BMs.  We might try, but I'm starting with Miss Ella.

I am not a distributor for this company.  A friend from work is.
I am also going to start my 10 day cleanse soon, so another before/after picture will be coming.  I've also been keeping up with classes at the Y- so I'm working on getting buff and beautiful! :)  Although my husband says I'm already beautiful and will never be buff!
