Ingredients -
Greek Style Chicken with Lemon and Oregano-
3 lb chicken, quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
lemon slices
Butternut Squash with Maple Syrup-
1 large butternut squash
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Spinkle of cinnamon
